Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your repeat prescription:

• Online
• Medicines Order Line (MOL) please telephone call to 01246 588 860, 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Your prescriptions will be ready to collect after 11:30.

Medication Reviews

All prescriptions have to be checked and signed by the doctor.

The doctor may leave a note on your prescription stating that you need to make an appointment to see the doctor or the nurse.

This is done for your own protection and to make sure your illness and medication are monitored.

If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due please complete our form. 

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
